Formation of Contract and Governing Law
A contract between you and Cotton Candy Corsage for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.
Returns and Refund Policy
Here at Cotton Candy Corsage we are certain that you will be delighted with the purchase of a handcrafted accessory from our fabulous collection.
Due to the handcrafted/bespoke nature of the products being sold on this website, once a transaction has been completed, payment received and delivery of goods confirmed, no cancellation, return or refund can be made unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. In this case items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, with original packaging intact. It is recommended that proof of posting is retained.
Returns of faulty goods will not be accepted outwith the initial 14-day period following delivery. Please email rebecca@cottoncandycorsage.com for further details on how to return goods if you believe an item you have purchased is faulty.
